(All events played and completed on Saturday, June 9)
*Seniors: birthdate as of June 9, 1972 or before
**Juniors: birthdate as of June 10, 1992 or after

ENTRY FEES: $17 first event, $13 each additional event.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Early Entry Deadline (submitted on or before) Saturday, May 26, 2012. After that date – add $10 late fee. Late Entry Deadline (in the State Games Office) by Saturday, June 2, 2012. Any entry after June 2 will be accepted only with the Commissioners’ approval and will be based on availability – Add $10 Late Fee.
